Spent her childhood in Australia, Malaysian born Pakistani Qurathulain Raja and eldest of 2 siblings has such a passion for henna. Her artistic skills was noticed by her mother as she was very keen and creative when it came to painting at her kindergarten back in Sydney. She grew up trying new stuff that had anything to do with art such as glass painting, sketches, fashion design, face painting and so on.
At the age of 16 she discovered she wanted to try out henna. Starting off henna designs using a tooth pick was a major experiment, it was because her mum told her that the tooth pick technique were used back in the days when there were no henna cones.
